Shopping

There are several sections to select products you want:

  • “Product Search” – to search a specific product, type the product name, model number or a relevant keyword in the search box located at the top and click “Search” , the search results will be displayed.
  • “Product category” – Product categories, including Computer, Smartphones , Peripherals and Accessories. Click the selected category and all items under the category will be displayed.

Click the product, choose the number of product you want to purchase. Then click “Add to Cart” located under the item you want to buy

  • Login the website
  • Add products to your shopping cart
  • Fill in your order detail – including your delivery address, billing address, your payment method, and apply Coupon Code if applicable.
  • Click “Place Order”, you will be direct to payment gateway, input your payment info.
  • If you are using credit card to process payment, do not exit the page nor click the back button when processing the payment, otherwise the order cannot be completed.
  • When payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation email.

Payments

We accept both Master Card and VISA Card. We will add other payment types in future, to provide more options and choices to customers.

Your payment for the purchase is processed securely by MasterCard Internet Gateway Service.

Local Delivery

Delivery service is only available in the industry and commercial areas in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and the service points of SF Express. For SF Express address details, please click here.

Industry and Commercial areas are not available for the Outlying Islands, including Cheung Chau, Lantau Island.

No delivery service is available to the below areas: Mui Wo, Pui O, Cheung Sha, Tong Fuk, Shui Hau, Shek Pik, Po Lin Monastery, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Tung Chung, Hong Kong Disneyland and Hong Kong International Airport and Tai O. There is no overseas delivery service.

Our Delivery service is not available to areas that cannot be reached directly by our vehicles, or buildings without a functioning lift to 3/F or above.

Customers can enjoy free delivery service for any order with spending of HK$500 or above (based on the transaction amount after discount and/or after coupon code discount).  Otherwise, a delivery charge of HK$50 applies.

Unfortunately, no. We’re unable to ship orders internationally from outside Hong Kong due to export restrictions and policies.

Normally, you can enjoy free next day delivery when your order is accepted, payment is confirmed and you received “Vertex Shop Order Processing” email before 8 PM during Monday to Friday. we aim to deliver your order to you in the next working day from 9AM to 6PM after the order shipped notification. However, delivery service in Sunday and Public Holiday will be suspended and postponed to the next working day. Delivery time may be affected by seasonal holidays (i.e. Christmas, Chinese New Year, and Easter). Delivery will be delayed if a typhoon signal No.8 is raised or a black rainstorm warning is in effect.

Pick up at Shop

You can choose to pick up the products in our Vertex shop (Room 1002-1005, 10/F, Windsor House, 311 Gloucester Road, Causeway Bay). No shipping fee will be charged.

You can select “Pickup at Shop” during Checkout.

The products will be ready in our shop in 1-3 working days once the order is accepted and payment is confirmed. Our staff will contact you to confirm the date and time of delivery. Customers must collect and pick up within 30 days. Final confirmation is subject to our Delivery schedule.

Delivery and collect service will be delayed due to public holidays (eg Christmas, Chinese New Year, Easter Holidays), or if a typhoon signal No.8 is raised or a black rainstorm warning is in effect.

The plastic shopping bag (PSB) charging requirement was fully implemented. We will charge customer 50 cents for each plastic shopping bag used on behalf of our merchants. Please bring your own bag.

Order

Product information and delivery information cannot be changed once the order has been updated to “Shipped”. If you have realized an error in your order or changed your mind shortly after placing your order, please contact our Customer Service Team and we will try to modify the address or cancel your order accordingly.

If you receive our promotion code, you can redeem it during Checkout. Enter the coupon code in “Coupon Code” and click “Apply Code”.

Return and Exchange

Exchange of product is accepted ONCE only based on the first invoice, given that packaging has not been damaged. Software and games products cannot be returned, refunded and exchanged.

All maintenance and repair service will be handled by ITS authorized service provider; if you have any questions after purchase, you need contact their authorized service provider directly.

Apple Products:

All Apple products are Non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All Apple products (including iPad, iPhone, iPod, Apple accessories and Macintosh Computer), please contact Apple’s authorized service provider for maintenance and warranty issue.

The Customer is requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. Return of all third-party products must be done with 7 days from the purchase date with original invoice. You can contact our customer service hotline 2576-4869 for enquiry. If the product is within the manufacturer’s warranty period, customer should return the product to the manufacturer or its authorized dealer for repair.

To return and exchange, please take note on following:

  • Original receipt must be presented
  • Packing, accessories, user guide and blank warranty card should be returned together with the product in good condition for exchange or refund. If the package has been damaged and the customer still wants to return the product, 20% of the product retail price will be charged as additional charge.
  • The product to be returned should not be damaged, stretched, defaced or contained any trace of water damage.
  • All gift items must be returned together with the returned products, otherwise the retail value of the gift item would be charged.
  • Does not apply to case that only for personal interest.
  • Vertex shop reserves the final right of determination.
